Yet AGAIN a very poor service when it comes to actual delivery.
I ammended my delivery details as per their email to a neighbours house across the street.
Obviously in true Hermes style, they fail that simiplest of task and instead leave my parcel in the pouring down rain in full public view on the street footpath.
And then try to tell me it was signed for by my neighbour.
At least they are consistent I suppose.
