Useless and absolute LIARS!!! Ordered from Amazon and they used these couriers to deliver item. Checked tracking and it said they attempted delivery but no attempt was made! I know as i was in the house the whole day! It was supposed to be a next day delivery being a Prime member.. as i write this review Hermes has not yet delivered my parcel!! God knows when!! i have always dreaded whenever i see Hermes as the courier as I know that it will be a hit and miss delivery experience!!
