If only it were possible to leave a minus review, I would. Nearly three weeks after the eBay seller sent my item off with this mob, I'm still waiting to receive anything. Tried to speak to a human on their so-called customer service number, and had to endure the delights of their 'help bot'. Suffice it to say that's an hour of my life that I won't get back. Still waiting for their 'response within two days', yet the status on the ebay listing has inexplicably been changed to 'issue resolved??!! Oh no, it #^#&! well has not!! I really hope that these reviews are read by the company. Shambolic, completely non-user friendly, and utterly useless.
