Horrible horrible experience no delivery for over 10 days now with not a single person to talk to other that the automated bot Holly which is of no help, the phone line is just as atrocious. If you order with Hermes know that if anything goes wrong there is nobody to talk to NOT A SINGLE PERSON! I am still waiting for my delivery which was last update 10 days ago i mean it’s pretty shocking isn’t it.
