My wife has just had to pursue a Hermes driver into another street after we watched as he pulled up outside out house, sat in his van, typed something into his PDA and drove off, seconds later we get a text saying our parcel was undeliverable and being returned to sender (Sports Direct) Nevertheless she got the parcel off him, Hermes had claimed to have attempted delivery on two previous occasion this last week, no-one has tried to deliver anything here other than today, their drivers lie through their teeth, and Hermes has absolutely NO contact numbers etc. I would give them zero stars if I could, without the doubt the most dishonest, untrustworthy and idle/incompetent couriers bar none.
