Lost a return and now I cannot get a refund for the items I was returning which is over 50 pounds. Impossible to trace if anything goes wrong with the parcel. Telephone service all automated, automatic bot on webchat the same. The only information you get is your parcel is in transit despite it being sent over two months ago. The only reason my parcel is confirmed as lost is by going through a third party Resolver to make a complaint. Complaint was escalated several times with Hermes admitting they have lost it but offering no other resolution or compensation. Absolute joke. So relieved my parcel wasn't worth more as I would not see a penny of it. Do not use them, and definitely do not return or send any items of value via them
