This is a joke had a parcel delivered by Hermes. Photo taken of my door. At the time of delivery there was no one home. No calling card left only found out it was delivered as was chasing up where it was.
Looks like they either took it or it’s been nicked off my door step. Best thing was it was pouring down also. Why the hell would a courier service leave a parcel in full view and in the pouring rain. As for there automated service I’m guessing I won’t be contacted as from what I’ve read on the reviews
