There tracking is very poor
We have lost 3 parcels over the last 2 years
I have told them to have a better warning system when parcels go missing.you can only report a missing delivery 2 days after it was due which can be 2 weeks after the last tracking update They know after a parcel leaves the pickup point when it should have been took to the depot so when this does not happen a warning should show on the computer so checks can be made sooner and this process should should happen with every part of the package delivery .we would strongly advise insurance cover.but this does increase your costs if you send a lot of parcels.
