I never received my order..
This is a prevalent practice with most of the Couriers that work for Hermes..They do not leave a card if your not in and they do not arrange a alternative delivery day with you.
Most times your order NEVER returned to a Depo or to the retailer, the majority of times the Couriers KEEP your items.
