Literally non-existen customer service, a courier that doesn't ring the bell to let you know it has dropped something in the building door, an app that doesn't update until a few hours after a parcel has been delivered, orders being sent back to depot again and again, no telephone so you cannot speak with them about your parcels and when they will be delivered,...
