Hermes lost my parcel, I didn't know this, the tracking system just stopped tracking for seven days, so I contacted the retailer, the retailer contacted Hermes and first of all Hermes said they would investigate the issue. Meanwhile I tried to phone Hermes but is impossible, tried the robot assistant but that is like hitting your head against a brick wall.
Today Hermes told the retailer that my parcel is lost, they didn't update me, no such luck.
Rubbish service all round, will not want to order from suppliers using Hermes anymore. Amazon are much better.
Don't use this service.
