This company is an absolute joke!! And I hate when renowned companies like Amazon and ASOS use their horrible services!!!
I never have a good experience with them, they have kept my Amazon parcel on hold for days, I tried to get in touch through a stupid automated chat and receive no reply! it is literally a joke of a company, not sure how they are still operating and why companies are using them!! Every time I see Hermes as a delivery courier I know something is going to go wrong with my parcel...its not worth all the stress!!
