Received a damaged parcel today. The courier asked me to open it to check if everything was OK and if I am not happy, she would take take it with her to return but when opened it and found a bottle without a cap which leaked to damage the parcel, the courier refused to take it back.
It was the second incident from the same courier!!
I have provided a recording to Hermes of the whole incident. The next step would be to involve Trading Standards.
Very disappointed with the courier and Hermes.
