Instead of delivering a parcel from my sister containing my Christmas presents, they delivered the address label and the brown paper which had covered the box.
After one phone call and four emails to the ceo, the last one threatening to take this to Watchdog, I got a reply.
Even though the chap had read my emails he asked me to tell him what the problem was. Exactly what did he think the problem was?! I want my parcel not just a bit of brown paper, that's what the problem is.
These people are unbelievable.
