I was expecting and advised of a delivery yesterday 10th December from Clarkes shoes between 4-6pm. I was home and sat in my lounge all day.
At 5.45pm I got an email saying my parcel was delivered at 4.57pm but no one was I and no safe place to leave the parcel and it would be delivered the following day. I am still waiting.
The delivery information was a complete lie, it was never delivered,
This is not the first time I have been waiting a delivery from Hermes.
This company is a disgrace and I will never use them again. Totally unreliable 😡
