Rubbish , x2 parcels sent back overseas due to change of address at short notice.
And upon registering on this hermes site not possible to log in to get another (#3) left with a neighbour (ie;safe place) as doesn't recognise password hence go to change for new password which it then says (quote: email sent) yet nothing and tried 5 times to no avail hence this will be 3rd parcel being returned.
I will in future advise senders of goods I purchase to avoid Hermes at all costs.
