Said my parcel had been delivered, but it was not. Claimed it was with a photo of proof of delivery which was black and blank. When contacted I said it had not been delivered and had obviously been dropped off at another address. As I am the only house with a unique postcode don’t understand how they could get confused and said it possibly was sent to another house with same name but slightly different postcode in the village. Still they said parcel had been delivered. Impossible to deal with and would not recommend. This is the third time I have had a problems with them and will not use anyone who uses this company fir their deliveries. Guess it’s goodbye parcel.
