I'm sure this happened to you as well. Got that sweet notification that your item has been delivered, go to your door and nothing is there. Go on their tracking system, there's a bad picture of your door snapped by the driver, a message saying delivered and signed for. And nothing. And then... Nightmare. If you want your item delivered, use another company. If instead you are looking to donate your parcel to a driver, by all means, go on and use Hermes. I can't believe this company is getting away with such a dishonest practice. We should press on Amazon, EBay vendors and other UK retail companies to stop using their "service". They fooled me not once, but twice. And reading reviews here... Wow.
