Where to start.... You always hear about courrier horror stories then it happens to you. Sent a parcel on Tuesday 08/12 for next day delivery and paid almost 9 quid. Got picked up from the store on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday 10/12. Delivery day ce and went so rang Customer services. "sorry our offices shut at 4pm" by some automated system. Shocking. Rang them the next day and hung on for 1 hour till I got put through to an actual human. Got the run around but they changed their story one a threatened legal action. After all that I was told I would get a refund for the next day delivery failure... Yeah right. Long story short the parcel arrived Sunday 13/12 and was found in the garden bedding plants. Contents smashed to bits. Limited edition statue which was in its own box inside a bigger box packed with packing peanuts. Almost like some elephant had taken a roll over it. Avoid these circus clowns at all cost. If I could give 0 stars I would.
