I received an email from Hermes saying my parcel was delivered at 11.02 to my neighbour. At that time I was sitting in my front room with a clear view of my front door. I did not see the driver attempt to deliver my parcel and did not have a card put through my door. My next door neighbour did not take in my parcel???
