Apparently Hermes delivered my mum's parcel on 1st December and left in a safe location... My mum provided no safe location and was at her property all day on the expected day of delivery. Now trying to locate where they have delivered it is prooving to be more difficult. They are unhelpful. I absolutely hate this company and they are known for their shocking services. I'm gutted that Amazon are using them more as i have deliveries expected today from Hermes. Lets see if they deliver it! I honestly don't know how this company is still going. Always think twice before pressing "buy" if your parcel is going to be delivered by Hermes!
