The supplier of my product can’t tell me when it will arrive because Hermes the muppets won’t tell them, the parcel has been sat in one of their depots for two weeks now (4th December) and the only information they give is they are arranging to deliver in the next 48 hours, we’ll their 48 hours seem to be a lot longer than normal
