Never again will I use this company, I have used My Hermes quite often in the past and had no trouble, I cannot get hold of a person to speak to, various telephone numbers I've tried and they are outdated, can't get the answer I want from Holly the didgitel answer machine,as you can only answer questions she puts to you! I've tried canceling my order and refund and cant get that, I've put in Reference numbers- ID numbers-Tracking numbers. I have given up.
