I was expecting a customs duty paid parcel from the US - an item purchased on Ebay. I received an email from Ebay saying that it had been delivered at 18:12 (that precise!) on 13th Dec. Problem was, it hadn't. I then started proceedings through Ebay - not easy! Then, on 14th Dec the parcel arrives. Hermes had lied to Ebay that it had been delivered causing me lots of aggro. Not impressed.
