Got two emails to say my parcels had been delivered at a time stated , one I was actually sat looking out of my window when a text came through to say they had delivered my parcel they are lying thieving people and should be closed down for theft of people's property. Don't even try to contact them its hopeless. Who do you try get your money back from its not the company you buy from its hermes who are the rip of company. Going to contact Ripnof Britain se if they will take up them on their programme. If every one did this it would help shut them down.
