two weeks waiting for an order to be delivered though saying it is in their depot waiting to go out in the next 24 hours. A query resulted in "contact the retailer". Talk about pass the buck. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE! They don't the meaning of customer service.
