Totally useless. On at least 6 occasions Hermes has delivered parcels to the completely wrong address, not next door, not over the road but an entirely different street. And on the last occasion a notice was attached to the (wrong address) door to say that this was not the address they were looking for, and still they delivered the parcel there. And impossible to contact them, utterly useless.
