I dropped off my parcel on 3/12/2020, today is 15/12, didn't arrive YET! I have tried to contact by chat - "can't find your tracking number" it was said, tried a phone number that never worked because the automatic answer didn't recognise the tracking number, didn't pass to an human and hanged off the phone. Finally I spoke with someone! Still in transit! Hopefully it arrives! I need o say Hermes never more! Dear Hermes, have you done something to improve your service? I saw the previous reviews, they are very bad!
