First package (book) had damaged corner as it had evidently been dropped in transit by Hermes. Supplier kindly sent replacement...by Hermes. “Attempted delivery” whilst I was actually home, which was not evidenced. A few days later “out for despatch” and never arrived. Seems lost. Supplier has sent a second replacement which arrived promptly by Royal Mail. Hopefully suppliers are realising the unreliability of Hermes.
