Never ever deliver when they say so.
Poor service. Item missing for 2 weeks the company i ordered from said hermes definitely had the parcel after many emails i was told by the company that hermes had damaged the goods.
I will start checking out what delivery service they use if it is hermes I'm not going to bother.
