This company amazes me, not only did I keep receiving your parcel is delayed messages I then try and track my parcel only to see that the tracking stated delivered 7.32pm another con by Hermes drivers. Fortunately I have live video security through a third party which clearly shows there was never an attempt of a delivery BUT can I get them to sort or even answer emails? Of course NOT.
Hermes must be the worst delivery company in the country.
