Don’t use ever
I sent a parcel which arrived at the North East depot within 24 hrs
Two weeks later it is apparently still there and no one can find it
Customer service don’t care and don’t get back to you, suggested I call the police when I suggested the parcel had been stolen
I have lost £500 worth of goods, basically stolen.
