The company is employing self employed workers in the Redcar area that are clearly thieves and blatant liars. No actual customer service, as once automated services on phone say your parcel is delivered, the automation will end the conversation whether you have received parcel or not, giving you no help if you did not receive item. No physical person at all to speak to no matter how many times you call. Only very incompetent automatically geared phone, which cannot understand even the yes or no replies. It keeps saying to repeat as did not hear. Truly pathetic.
