Sent a parcel through packlink via Hermes on 13th December and it still hasn't arrived. It's a large parcel so they could hardly miss it.
Customer wanted it for a special Christmas so was angry and upset
I will never send another parcel with Hermes again, they damage your reputation and customer service is frustrating and not worth wasting time and energy over!
