I sent a parcel on 21st December (tracking number : 9702367246488783). The last status update was on 22nd that 'We have got your parcel has been received and we are proceeing it for you'. Since then there is no status update. Its 31st December now. The online chat using a digital assistant keeps repeating the status status and refuses to redirect to a human assistant. I called the number 0330 808 5456 around 9-11:30am todat (31st Dec) about 5 times, and each time I am asked to give my tracking number and asked to wait when I wanted to speak with a human assistant and the phone line keep playing a music for 30 minutes or so and then hangs up or goes blank. So I have no way of contacting Hermes. My customers are cancelling the order and I am losing business. I am unable to conact Hermes. Its been 10 days now and no status about my parcel !!! This is horrible. Never ever faced tis kind of service from any courier!
