What's happened to my honest review posted a few days ago and now apparently deleted about the appalling 'service' I experienced from Hermes? Does somebody simply cancel material that's negative? If so, judging by the 5,000-plus negative reviews they've received recently, there's quite a lot of work to get through. The general public deserve a far better service than this lot so frequently provide. Far better to pay more to have your items delivered by a good, reliable courier.
