A technical issue with the label means that I am not able to send the parcel I have already paid for. I have attempted to cancel but even with a valid tracking number cannot do so. Have requested a call back but has not eventuated after hours of waiting. Finally I have tried the call centre twice but have given as no one appears to be manning the phones.
How do these people remain in business I wonder?
