Unreliable, ineffective, disgusting service! please AVOID!!!!!
I purchased an item from online retailer on 20.12.2020. The parcel was dispatched on the next day via Hermes services. The last available update was on 22.12.2020 and it says “We're sorry your parcel has been delayed, we'll have it on the move in the next 24 hours” After two weeks of chasing the parcel and trying to contact customer service (which does not exist!!!) I received an email from online retailer that the parcel cannot be located and has been lost. It is within the realm of possibility that my parcel was stolen as it was larger parcel that cannot just stay unnoticed. Not to mention the last update location was from the local
depot!!! I have tried to contact Hermes customer service via email, online chat (which is absolutely useless) and phone call. This company has no customer service whatsoever!!! No matter what you try, you will be unable to speak to anyone. An utterly inadequate way to treat customers. I would never use their services ever again. This has not been the fist time I had to deal with them. Waste of time and money! If you can, please avoid them!
