My package arrived broken and it seems totally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone on the phone, i.e a real human being, to discuss the problem and request compensation.
The inability to actually speak to a himan being is even more worrying than the gross mishandling of the package, that looked as if it had been trodden on, and then part of the damaged wrapping removed ,before delivery. The chair inside had been broken,which MUST have required someone to step on it.
