I am giving this review after they failed 3 times miserably.
1st delivery was from Wren kitchen before 1st Lockdown. They received the item from Bosch,but never delivered it despite giving me time and date. Tried calling everywhere and no help with unfriendly customer service.
2nd time I ordered Shoes as Christmas present for my niece from Footlocker which were due to be delivered on the 17/12/20 never got them nor they replied, despite Footlocker confirmed they have send them out on the 11/12/20.Again no help over the phone or their Bot web chat. However I put a claim and got my money back from PayPal.
3rd time was a order from Debenham, which was due to be delivered on the 3rd of Jan 21 and here we are, its the 7th of Jan but still no sign of delivery and no information.
Well done Hermes, then people wonder why they loose their job and get replaced by machines.
