I've had two parcels not arrive from two different retailers totaling £150. My sons birthday gifts and reciv an email today telling me that my parcels got to the depot and never reached my courier so they deem the parcels lost!! Last time track was updated was a week ago. Sons birthday is tomorrow and I have nothing to give him now due to hermes. How can you lose two parcels from two different retailers? Oh they get stolen that's how!! AVOID HERMES LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
