Notification claiming my package was delivered, attached with a picture displaying the outside of my block- I reside on the fourth floor and, work from home!!
It’s a real shame a well established online clothing company felt it necessary to tighten the purse strings and fall into Hermes trap with their cheap rates. This could ultimately end up costing them so much more!
Their incompetence and ability to magically loose packages is outstanding One gold star to Hermes for being complete morons and, liars!!!!!!!!!
