Posted a parcel on 04/12/2020 not been updated on tracking since 05/12/2020, LOST!!!. Still awaiting email to reply to reason, raised on the 20/12/2020, fallen on deaf ears.
Not worth the hassle of using Hermes, even if cheaper. Better to use Royal Mail, at least you can claim for lost parcels.
