Live in a disabled flat. Hermes never even attempts delivery, they just mark me down as not at home and drive away.
I've got CCTV to prove that I'm home, and that they didn't even bother trying to deliver. They do it over and over again, and they do it to my brother too (who lives in a flat 70 miles away).
