I received a email to say that Hermes driver had delivered my parcel from M&S at 18:32.
No body rang the bell there was no card left, and myself and husband have looked in the garden and up the drive no parcel anywhere.
I'm shocked that M& S use Hermes.
So I take it now that's my parcel gone astray.
Every time a parcels being delivered by Hermes something goes wrong. Either its damaged or something missing or I don't receive the parcel.
