Avoid them at any cost. They don’t deserve the 1 star, but this is the only way to write a review. It is the worst possible courier you could imagine. It is impossible to speak with anyone, they have no phone lines.
No customer care at all. They have lost an item of £250 that was for return. I took an insurance with Hermes, which they are not paying . Effectively I have lost £250 and there is nothing I can do about it.
