I paid extra for next day delivery and product guarantee.
I posted before 12 noon Tuesday and it still hadn't arrived 1pm Thursday.
I tracked the item it said it was being returned to me.
I phoned customer service and spoke to Christine who said they had made a mistake at the hub and processed the delivery back to me and to wait and see if the tracking had not updated in 24-48 hrs it was definitely being returned to me and Hermes would refund the postage that I had paid and I would have to try to send again. No compensation was given.
This is unacceptable, the item was urgent hence the need for posting as next day now it has already taken 3 days and I don't even know where my parcel is.
A COMPLETE UNORGANISED SHAMBLES.
