Avoid this delivery service if you can.
Cant fault the delivery team they do their best.
Try to get in touch, it seems it’s ok to communicate with a robot???
No live chat, asked for parcel to be delivered to a neighbour, message back, they will contact me in the next two days, what good is that, in the meantime they send parcel back to supplier???
I re arranged with yodel for another delivery, delivered next day with live tracking, that’s how it’s done my Hermes, you are living in the dark ages.
I would prefer to pay a little more fir a lot better service
