Told my brand new sofa had been delivered when it hasn’t! Just moved into a new build flat I’m severely disabled and wheelchair reliant. My flat is right at the car park on the ground floor and I am not in a close it’s a main door entry. The sofa cost me all my money and it was only £250 but because of my illness and disability I am unable to work I have no savings nothing. I also have absolutely no furniture except for my electric wheelchair and hospital bed. I have been sitting in a big empty house since before Christmas. Finally I got money together to afford to pay for the sofa. I have been repeatedly emailing the seller and warning that I don’t want a refund because I have zero money left and I want my parcel. Hermes has lied to me. Because no one came to my door. I was excited about the delivery and looking out for it. I also needed assistance because I am in a wheelchair. Hermes is dreadful! And customer service is non existent! It’s a shambles! They are smart enough to have no customer service because they probably were tired of constantly receiving complaints!!! A shocking excuse for a delivery company. Apauling lack of care. The only customer service is a stupid robot. Disgusting and I am gutted left with no sofa furniture or anything. Furious absolutely furious avoid avoid avoid Hermes
