Lost the item - Dreadful customer service. I returned a set of roof racks and used Hermes which I bitterly regret. Only the box of attachments managed to get returned to the seller and these were damaged. The roof bars are still no where to be seen.I have raised the issue numerous times with them since they were posted on December 8th and they still have not responded. I took out the insurance but that clearly seems pointless if they don’t even acknowledge you! Lamentable.
